Our Legal Process
File receipt and review
Upon placement of an account with our firm, the accounts and documents are reviewed and validated.
Demand and contact
Once validated, the debtor is sent a validation letter. We encourage pre-litigation negotiations and work diligently to create a positive outcome for our client.
Filing of lawsuit
If the debt remains unpaid, we file a lawsuit on behalf of our clients. The lawsuit is then served upon the consumer as required by each jurisdiction.
Litigation and court
We appear and handle all court appearances meeting the necessary requirements of each jurisdiction. We will keep working towards a solution with the defendant during the legal process.
Secure Judgment
During the litigation process we attempt to secure judgment against the defendant for all remaining monies and costs owed to our client. We remain open to negotiating a mutually beneficial resolution with our client and the defendant.
Execute on Judgment
Once judgment is obtained, we attempt to locate the vehicles, income sources, bank accounts, real estate and other assets, owned by the defendant and work quickly to execute on the judgment by pursuing any available legal remedies.
